摘 要:目的建立复方板蓝根颗粒中尿苷、腺苷和表告依春的含量测定方法。方法采用Aglient XDB-C18分析柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为:甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温为室温;流速0.7 m l/m in,检测波长254 mm;进样量20μl。结果尿苷、腺苷和表告依春分别在0.093 7~2.811 0μg(r=1.000)、0.060 9~1.827 0μg(r=1.000)、0.117 3~3.519 0μg(r=1.000)的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。加样回收率试验中尿苷、腺苷和表告依春的平均回收率分别为98.6%、99.6%、101.1%,RSD分别为0.6%、0.6%、0.8%。结论采用HPLC法同时测定复方板蓝根颗粒中的尿苷、腺苷和表告依春3种成分的含量,方法简便、快速,准确。Objective To establish a method for determination of uridine,adenosine and epigoitrin in compound Banlangen granule.Methods The determination was performed by HPLC with Aglient XDB-C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column,methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase,wavelenghth at 254 nm and a flow rate of 0.7 ml/min.The column temperature was at room temperature.Results The linear range of uridine,adenosine,and epigoitrin were 0.093 7~2.811 0 μg(r=1.000),0.060 9~1.827 0μg(r=1.000),and 0.117 3~3.519 0 μg(r=1.000),respectively.The average recovery of uridine,adenosine,and epigoitrin were 98.6%,99.6% and 101.1%,with RSD 0.6%,0.6%,and 0.8%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,and accurate.
