某综合型医院门诊新型抗组胺药的回顾性处方点评

摘　　要：目的了解本院新型抗组胺药的临床应用情况和存在的问题。方法利用医院HIS系统分析门诊2009-12-14~22日含新型第2代、第3代抗组胺药的所有处方。结果本院的新型抗组胺药应用总体较为合理,但有些处方的适应症及用法用量不适宜,联合用药方面也值得商榷。结论临床医师应对药品说明书有更多的了解,药师应为临床提供及时的最新用药信息,协助医师提高合理用药水平。Objective To investigate the application situation and existing problems of antihistamine drugs in a general hospital.Methods Retrospective comments on prescription containing new type of oral antihistamine drugs between 2009-12-14～22 were performed using HIS.Results In general,the clinical application of antihistamine drugs were reasonable.However,some indications,dosage and administration,drug combination in some prescriptions were irrational.Conclusion Doctors should know more about the package insert of the product,and pharmacists should provide the latest developments in clinical therapeutics in order to efficiently improve the rational drug application.
