应用合理用药国际指标分析门诊处方合理性

摘　　要：目的评价本院门诊合理用药状况,提高门诊处方质量,促进合理用药。方法结合合理用药国际指标,对本院2009-01~2010-06随机抽取的门诊处方进行调研,并进行统计、分析。结果所调查的平均每张处方用药品种数为2.30种,抗菌药物使用百分率为36.22%,注射剂平均使用百分率为18.28%,药品通用名使用率为97.12%,平均每张处方金额为85.40元。结论采用合理用药国际指标的数据分析,对本院门诊合理用药状况的调研具有可操作性和有效性,本院门诊用药基本合理。Objective To evaluate the rational drug application in the outpatient department of People＇s Hospital of Maoming,so as to improve the quality of outpatient prescription and facilitate the rational drug application.Methods On the basis of the international index for rational drug application,the outpatient prescriptions that were randomly selected from January 2009 to June 2010 were investigated.Then the results were statistically analyzed.Results Among the investigated prescriptions,the average drug varieties in each prescription were 2.30,the average application rate for anti-bacterial drugs was 36.22%,and for the use of injection was 18.28%,and the rate for the use of drug common name was 97.12%.And the average cost for each prescription was 85.40 yuan.Conclusion The data analysis by the international index for drug application is operable and effective,and the drug application in outpatients department of our hospital is rational.
