摘　　要：利用EXCEL的引用功能,可方便快捷地完成大量重复计算的公式输入。在输入列表管理函数时,正确选择EXCEL的引用功能就能方便迅速地完成复杂条件下的数据分析汇总表。以环境监测数据分析和数据检索为例,展示了EXCEL数据库和列表管理函数的强大功能及其使用方法与步骤。The include function of EXCEL software can finish numerous repeated calculations simply and fast. The database can be applied to analyze and sum up lots of data under complicated conditions. The function of data analysis and retrieval applied to analyze environmental monitoring data can be an example to show how to use the power-ful features of EXCEL database and listing function.
