摘　　要：串行电擦写存储芯片是ＡＴＭＥＬ公司率先推出的，如ＡＴ９３Ｃｘｘ 系列三线串行快速Ｅ２ＰＲＯＭ 和ＡＴ２４Ｃｘｘ 系列两线串行Ｅ２ＰＲＯＭ。它们具有ＣＭＯＳ工艺、工作电压宽、低功耗、速度快、占用Ｉ／Ｏ 口少、掉电百年记忆的特点。为了推广这类芯片在单片机控制领域中的应用，本文着重介绍了ＡＴ９３Ｃｘｘ 系列芯片的工作特点和使用方法，结合硬件设计实例，给出了软件设计程序框图。Serial EEPROM is a newtype chip offered by Atmel,such as 3-wire serial EEPROM of the AT93Cxx family and 2-wire EEPROM of the AT24Cxx family. The kinds of chips feature COMS techniques,wide operating voltage range,low power,low I/O pin count,high data transfer rates and 100 years data retention. In this paper,the working principle and using method of the chips of the AT93Cxx famliy is introduced and the block diagram of software needed by the hardware design system is provided.
