摘　　要：改革开放三十多年来,吉林省粮食综合生产能力逐步提升,成为全国最重要的商品粮基地之一。当前,吉林省应继续把握好农业生产所具有的土地资源、气候条件、耕作方式、科技应用、产品品质等优势,解决好农田水利基础设施薄弱、农业集成技术应用不广泛、农业经营规模小、水土流失严重等问题,进一步提高吉林省粮食综合生产能力,加快农业发展和新农村建设。Production capacity of agriculture of Jilin Province has risen step by step and Jilin Province has been an important marketable base of China after the reform and opening-up.Now,Jilin Province should make the most of this advantage such as land resources,climatic conditions,land cultivation way,technology content and product quality so that solve the problem of weak agriculture infrastructure,weak agriculture technology,small operation scale and the loss of water and soil.All of these could Rising Production Capacity of Agriculture of Jilin Province further and accelerate the development of agriculture and advance new rural construction
