摘　　要：细胞凋亡存在于胚胎脊髓发育的各个阶段,从神经上皮的形成、神经管的形成到神经元在靶区的匹配等都有细胞凋亡因子的参与.以bcl-2,NOS和p53等家族基因为代表,阐述了细胞凋亡在胚胎发育过程中担负着的重要使命.Cell apoptosis exists in aU the stages of fetal spinal cord development, from the neuroepithelial formation, neural tube formation to neurons in the target matching. This paper expounds the important assignment undertaken by cell apoptosis in the embryonic development process in the cases of bcl -2, NOS, and p53 family genes.
