摘　　要：随着大规模路网的建设，西南地区隧道与隧道群不断增加，在此形势下，加强和完善隧道与隧道群交通安全的管理，以及灾害事故下的应急救援手段的运用，成为构建和谐铁路研究的重要课题。With the large - scale construction of the railway lines, the tunnels and tunnel groups in the southwest region are increasing rapidly. In this situation, strengthen and perfect the traffic safety management of the tunnels and tunnel groups and the use of the emergency rescue means in disasters and accidents, which is an important task in constructing harmonious railway.
