摘  要:试验选用在开花期刈割的马齿苋原料,分别经晾晒和添加甲酸、蔗糖来研究含水量以及添加剂对马齿苋青贮饲料品质的影响。结果表明,马齿苋青贮时,晾晒处理能显著降低原料中氨态氮含量(P<0.05)。添加甲酸或蔗糖能够极显著降低马齿苋青贮饲料的pH和乙酸含量(P<0.01),提高乳酸的生成量,而且能显著降低饲料的氨态氮含量(P<0.05)。晾晒处理或添加甲酸或蔗糖能够改善马齿苋发酵品质,但对CP、NDF、ADF、Ash、EE等养分含量和干物质保存率没有显著的影响。同马齿苋原料相比,青贮之后硝酸盐含量显著下降,而亚硝酸盐含量有所增加。The portulaca oteracea raw material cutting in the blooming stage was chosen to study moisture content and additives on the influence of portulaca oteracea silage quality by, respectively, wilted or adding formic acid, sucrose. The result showed that wilted treatment significantly reduced ammonia nitrogen contentin the portulaca oteracea silage (P〈0.05). The formic acid or sucrose treatment reduced pH and acetic acid content significantly (P〈 0.01), increased lactic acid content, reduced ammonia nitrogen content(P〈0.05). Wilted treatment or adding formic acid or sucrose improved portulaca oteracea fermentation quality while had little impact on CP, NDF, ADF, Ash, EE, nitrate, and nitrite content, and dry matter digestion rate of portulaca oteracea silage. Compared with portulaca oteracea raw material, after silage, nitrate content was significantly decreased, and nitrite content increased.
