仙璐贝滴剂治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察仙璐贝滴剂治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的有效性。方法 120例患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组,分别口服仙璐贝滴剂、盐酸氨溴索糖浆,均连服7d后,观察2组临床疗效情况。结果治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为93.30%、80.00%,治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组。结论仙璐贝滴剂治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效优于盐酸氨溴索糖浆,而且安全性好、服用方便,推荐临床使用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Sinupret droops in the treatment of acute pediatric sinusitis.Methods 120 cases of pediatric sinusitis were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group were treated with Sinupret drops,control group were treated with Ambroxol hydrochloride syrup.The Clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were observed after treatment for 1 week.Results Outstanding clinical therapeutic effect was found in the treatment group as compared with the control group.The former effective rate was 93.30%,while the other was 80.00%.Conclusion Clinical therapeutic effect of Sinupret drops on the treatment of acute pediatric sinusitis is better than that of Ambroxol hydrochloride syrup.Sinupret drops is safe,easy to take and recommended for clinical use.
