血浆置换联合激素治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血浆置换联合激素治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿的疗效。方法 40例HSP患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各20例,两组均以抗组织胺药物,钙剂,维生素C,止血敏、甲基强的龙冲击治疗,1个疗程7d,治疗组加用血浆交换治疗,观察期间不良反应,比较2组患儿疗效及副反应等临床指标。并应用SPSS11.0软件进行分析。结果治疗组症状改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血浆置换联合激素治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿可较快缓解患儿症状,并可缩短住院时间,减少住院期间激素用量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of methylprednisolone impulse with plasma exchange on henoch-schonlein purpura.Methods Fourty patients with henoch-schonlein purpura were randomly divided into two groups：All patients were treated with steroids,H2 receptor antagonist and calcium reagent,20 with both intravenous methylprednisolone and plasma exchange.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by clinical improvement from baseline by at least one grade on a seven-point scale of motor function seven days after the treatment.SPSS 11.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results Two groups of patients condition had improved after treatment,methylprednisolone group was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of methylprednisolone plus and plasma exchange are significantly better than that of methylprednisolone plus alone.Its clinical application is effective and convenient.It is worthy of clinical application.
