摘  要:采用溶液培养的方法,研究了Cu胁迫对苏柳172和垂柳吸收、积累矿质元素的影响。结果显示:两种柳树根、茎、叶中的Cu含量随溶液中Cu浓度的升高而增加。随着溶液Cu浓度的增加,两种柳树根中的Ca和Fe含量、茎中的K、Mg、Zn含量以及叶片中的Ca、Mg含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;根中K、Mg、Zn含量,茎中的Ca和叶片中的Zn呈下降的趋势,而叶片中的K含量及茎、叶中的Fe含量呈上升的趋势。在不同浓度的Cu胁迫下,柳树不同部位中的Cu含量依次为根>茎>叶;Ca、Mg含量依次为叶>根>茎;Fe、Zn含量依次为根>叶>茎。The effects of copper stress on uptake of mineral elements by Salix jiangsuensis CL J-172 and Salix babylonica Linn were investigated by means of solution culture method.The results show that the copper content of roots,stems and leaves of willows increased with copper concentration in the solution;As the concentrations of copper were raised,the accumulation amount of Ca,Fe in roots,K,Mg,Zn in stems and Ca,Mg in leaves increased and then decreased;the accumulation amount of K,Mg,Zn in roots,Ca in stems and Zn in leaves appeared to have a decline trend;while the content of K in leaves,Fe in stems and leaves had a ascend trend.Under copper stress with different concentrations of Cu,Cu contents in different parts of willow descended with the order of rootsstemsleaves,order of Ca,Mg contents were leaves〉 roots 〉stems and Fe,Zn were roots〉leaves 〉stems.
