长株潭城市群城市森林效益评价研究

摘　　要：以长株潭城市群城市森林为研究对象,应用Delphi法筛选森林效益评价指标,以西方经济学的效用价值论为理论基础,建立各项效益的评价模型,利用这些模型对长株潭城市群的城市森林进行效益评价。结果表明:2009年度长株潭城市群城市森林效益的总价值为2 717 210.22万元,且生态效益>社会效益>经济效益,生态效益十分显著。Taking the urban forests in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city groups as the research objects,Delphi Screening was used to select the evaluation index of forest benefits.A series of models for assessing the benefit of forest were established by using the theory of effectiveness value.The results show that the total value of benefit of forests in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city groups was 2 717.21 billions yuan in 2009,and the benefits order were ecological benefit 〉social benefit economic 〉benefit,the ecological benefit was very outstanding.
