摘　　要：通过对端盖加工工艺进行分析,介绍了端盖拉深模具结构及工作过程,并进行了工艺计算,提出了拉深凹模和凸模的设计方法,保证了端盖拉深成形的顺利进行。The drawing die structure for the end cover and its working principle were introduced with the aid of the analysis of the working process.And the technological calculation was made.Drawing die and punch design method was developed and the end covers were drawed successfully.
