单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗胸腺疾病的初步报道

摘　　要：目的探讨单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗胸腺疾病的可行性。方法 2009年1月至2010年12月,采用单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗胸腺疾病32例。操作孔位于腋前线第3或4肋间,切口长2.5～3.0cm,观察孔位于腋中线第5、6肋间,切口长1.0cm。结果无中转开胸,手术时间30～120min,平均55min;术中出血10～200ml,平均50ml;术后住院5～10d,平均7.5d。结论单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗胸腺疾病可进一步减小创伤,手术安全可行。Objective To explore the clinical feasibility of VATS by single working pore for disease of thymus gland were performed..Methods From January 2009 to December 2010,32 patients with disease of thymus gland performed operation in VATS. The incision for operation was 2.5-3.0cm at lateral position of the third rib of anterior axillary line, while the incision for observation located at lateral position of the fifth or sixth rib of midaxillary line. Results None of patients need converse to transit- assisted small incision in chest. Operative time was 30-120 min, an average of 55 rain. Intraoperative blood loss 10-200ml, an average of 50ml. 5-10 d for hospitalization, an average of 7.5 d. Conclusions In accordance with the way of single working pore in axillary region for treatment disease of thymus gland, we minimize the trauma and ensure safety of operation.
