摘　　要：以洗衣机行星减速器太阳轮为例,通过对不同结构太阳轮的运行进行试验及斜齿轮型腔加工方法进行研究,改进了太阳轮的齿形结构,成功进行了太阳轮斜齿结构注射模设计。经生产验证:提高了洗衣机行星减速器破坏力矩指标和无故障运行时间,降低了洗衣机噪音,增强了企业的竞争力。After operation tests on different structure of sun gears in the planetary gear reducer of a washing machine and analysis on the processing method of helical gear cavity,the tooth profile of the sun gear was improved and an injection mould was developed for forming the helical gear.The product improves the indexes of moment of rupture of planetary gear reducer and extends the failure-free operation time.
