摘　　要：根据斜导柱抽芯结构的基本原理,介绍利用斜导柱完成零件侧面不同方向的二次抽芯及在模具设计制造时应注意的关键问题,模具结构简单、紧凑,制造方便,使用效果良好。Some key points in designing and manufacturing an injection mould with slanted guide pillar for two-step core-pulling from the side of the product at different directions were presented.The application is based on the basic principle of core-pulling by slanted guide pillar and has a good effect.
