摘　　要：目的:探讨构建可行高血压患者社区护理干预模式的有效性。方法:将邵阳市大祥区≥60岁的258例老年高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组各129例,对对照组患者实施常规护理干预,对干预组患者及家属共同实施认知、心理行为、血压监测等干预。结果:干预组患者的生活习惯、知识知晓率、遵医行为、运动方式均有效改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:实施有效的家属参与式护理干预能改变患者的生活方式,提高患者的治疗依从性,有利于控制血压,减少并发症的发生。Objective：To discuss the establishment of viable community nursing intervention model for elderly patients with hypertension and its effectiveness.Methods： 258 elderly hypertensive patients who were over 60 years old and living in Daxiang district of Shaoyang city were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group（129 cases for each group）.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention and the patients as well as their families in the intervention group were given comprehensive intervention together,such as cognition,psychological behavior,blood pressure monitoring,etc..Results： The living habits,awareness of knowledge,compliance behavior and mode of exercises were effectively improved in the intervention group compared with the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was significantly different（P0.01）.Conclusion： The effective family participation nursing intervention can change the patient＇s lifestyle,improve patient＇s treatment compliance behavior,which is conducive to the control of blood pressure and reduction of complications.
