摘　　要：以湖北恩施名优柚品种李家河白柚当年生枝条为试验材料,选择5种常用生长激素试剂不同浓度对插穗生根进行研究,结果表明:采用GGR7浓度为100mg/ml效果处理插穗生根效果最佳,根总长达241.7cm,根重达2.9g。With white grapefruit local branches of that year as material, study on softwood cutting by slecting 5 growth hormone as diferrent concentration . The results showed： 100mg/mL by GGR7 concentration effects processing best rooting, root total length of 241.7cm, the root weight of 2.9g.
