摘　　要：DRGs是一种较为先进的付费制度,目前北京市已基本具备实施条件。根据北京市DRGs工作组前期对北京大学人民医院住院病历的分组数据,对分组质量以及不同DRGs组间、同一DRGs组内费用差异情况进行分析,同时通过在院内开展一系列管理工作,为DRGs付费制度在北京市试点医院推行摸索出方法。Diagnosis related groups DRGs payment system is a more advanced payment system and the implementation conditions of DRGs are matured in Beijing. The cases of Peking University People＇s Hospital were pre-grouped by BJ-DRGs working group. Based on the grouping results, the quality of grouping was analyzed as well as the difference of fee level among different groups and within the same group. A series of management improvement were explored to push on the implementation of DRGs payment system in pilot hospital.
