胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病过程中实施精细化管理效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化管理模式在胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施精细化管理。评价两组患者空腹和餐后2 h血糖值、血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、治疗依从性、胰岛素用量、对糖尿病及胰岛素泵相关知识掌握程度。结果:两组患者干预前后空腹和餐后2 h血糖值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组干预前后上述指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,两组患者干预后血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、胰岛素用量、治疗依从性、对糖尿病及胰岛素泵相关知识掌握程度评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在采用胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病患者的过程中实施精细化管理,不仅为护理科学管理提供新的模式,更为患者提供了更加有效的治疗。Objective： To discuss the application value of sophisticated management in the treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes with insulin pump.Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group（40 patients for each group）.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the sophisticated management was implemented in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing care.The value of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose after meal for 2 hours,up-to-standard time of blood glucose,the incidence of hypoglycemia,dose of insulin,treatment compliance and the degree of grasping the related knowledge of diabetes and insulin pump were evaluated in both groups.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the value of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose after meal for 2 hours between the two groups before and after the intervention（P0.05）;the differences in the comparison of these indicators mentioned above were statistically significant before and after the intervention in the observation group（P0.05）;there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the up-to-standard time of blood glucose,the incidence of hypoglycemia,dose of insulin,treatment compliance and the degree of grasping the related knowledge of diabetes and insulin pump between the two groups after the intervention（P0.05）.Conclusion： The implementation of sophisticated management has not only provided a new model of scientific management in nursing care,but also provided more effective treatment for the patients in the treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes with insulin pump.
