舒适护理对前列腺电切术患者围术期心理应激的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理对前列腺电切术患者围术期心理应激反应的影响。方法:将120例前列腺电切术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予舒适护理。比较两组麻醉前2 h及术后2 h血压、心率、焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)、血糖(PG)、血浆皮质醇(Cor)及术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组术后2 h各项心理应激指标及术后出血、膀胱痉挛发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对前列腺电切术患者给予舒适护理,可减轻患者心理应激反应,减少并发症发生。Objective：To evaluate the effect of comfort nursing care on the psychological stress of the patients with transurethral resection of prostate.Methods：120 patients with transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into experimental and control groups（60 patients for each group）.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the comfort nursing care was provided for the patients in the experimental group.The blood pressure,heart rate,SAS score,SDS score,blood glucose and plasma cortisol and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups in 2 hours before anesthesia and 2 hours after surgery.Results：The differences in the comparison of each indicator of psychological stress and postoperative bleeding,the incidence of cystospasm were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The comfort nursing care can relieve the psychological stress response of the patients with transurethral resection of prostate and reduce the incidence of complications.
