摘　　要：本文给出环面布朗运动的斜积表示；并据此证明了该布朗运动围绕两轴旋转数的重对数律．A skew product representation is given for the Brownian motion on a torns. Using this representation we prove that the winding numbers of the motion around the two rotation axes obey the laws of iterated Logarithm.
