摘　　要：针对我国养殖型渔业合作社的落后,各种配套的扶持措施还没有很好地建立起来的现状,分析养殖型渔业合作社的独特性,剖析我国养殖型渔业合作社发展的制约因素,得出我国各省区之间养殖型渔业合作社发展极端不平衡,与各地区发展水产养殖的资源禀赋条件约束、渔民的认知度及融资条件有高度的相关性,同时也与地方政府对于养殖型渔业合作社的相关政策缺位有关。据此,有针对性地提出了相应的解决对策。Concerning that culture-based fisheries cooperative is backward in our country, and various auxiliary support measures are not well established, the paper analyzed and explored the characteristics and development constraints of culture-based fisheries, draws out a conclusion that culture-based fisheries cooperative is extremely imbalance which is highly related to the constraints of regional development of aquaculture, the fishermen＇s insufficient awareness ,financing conditions and political absence of local government. Accordingly, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
