摘 要:借助断口分析、金相组织检查、能谱分析等手段,探讨了7A04铝合金Φ360/130 mm规格空心铸锭裂纹缺陷产生的原因,它是在铸造过程中产生了热裂纹,通过后期的补液,基体又连接在一起,但在热裂纹界面上聚集了较多的合金元素和析出的化合物,形成结合力弱、能量高的界面,在强酸腐蚀或外力作用下就形成裂纹,结合该合金的特性及现场实际生产情况提出一些解决方法。The reason of crack defects on 7A04 aluminum alloy hollow ingot with diameter of 360/130mm has been found by means of fracture analysis, metallurgical structure observation, and energy spectrum analysis. The cracks are produced during casting, and then the crack seams are filled by later coming melt, so the cracks connected together. But some alloy element and segregated compounds gathered at hot cracking fracture, there for the weak seams and high energy interfaces are being formed. Cracks can be found at the condition of strong acid or external force action. According to the alloy characteristics and production conditions, a set of measures have been put forward to solve the problems.
