山蚂蝗属植物过氧化物酶同工酶研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝脉电泳法分析了豆科山蚂蝗属Desmodium Desv,sensu lato植物6个种的过氧化物酶同工酶谱。结果表明,尖叶山蚂蝗、山蚂蝗和宽卵叶山蚂蝗的酶谱相似性极大,与其它3个种的差异显著。支持了形态学上把该类群植物从山蚂蝗属中独立出来,并从亚属提升为长柄山蚂蝗属[Podocarpium(Benth.)Yang et Huang]的结论,为豆科新属—长柄山蚂蝗的确立提供了生物化学证据。By means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, peroxidase isoenzymes of 6 species of the genus Desmodium Desv. have been analysed. The result shows that the interspecific zymogramatic similarity of D. oxyphyllum, D. fallax and D. podocarpum is obvious. This is the same as morphology and supports the view on morphology that the new genus of Podocarpium is independent from the genus Desmodium.
