光引发合成阳离子聚丙烯酰胺及其性能研究  被引量:7

摘  要:实验以光引发聚合方式,研究了丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)共聚反应合成阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)的优化工艺条件。结果表明:在吐温-80添加量为1%,单体总质量分数为32%,n(DMC):n(AM)=1:5,pH=5.5,光引发剂用量40μL,引发时间0.5h,反应温度20℃条件下,合成的CPAM的阳离子度为15.27%,特性黏数548mL/g。在最佳药剂用量下,CPAM在处理灰分高、粒度细的难沉降煤泥水时,沉降速度为39.2cm/min,透光率可达98.9%,其絮凝性能优于聚丙烯酰胺、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺及两性聚丙烯酰胺。The optimum process conditions for the synthesis of cationic polyaerylamide (CPAM) using photo-initiation polymerization system by aerylamide (AM) and methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammoni- um chloride (DMC) were studied. The optimal polymerization conditions were found as follows: the addition of Tween was 1%, the total quality concentration of monomer was 32%, n(DMC) : n (AM) =1 : 5, pH=5.5, the dosage of photo initiator was 40 μL, initiation time was 0.5 h and reac- tion temperature was 20 ℃. The cationic degree of the product was 15.27% when the intrinsic viscosity was 548 mL/g. The settling velocity was 39.2 cm/min and the transmittance was up to 98.9% when CPAM was used for high ash content and fine size coal slime water. The flocculation perform- ance of CPAM was excellent compared with polyaerylamide, anionic polyacrylamide and amphoteric polyacrylamide.
