摘　　要：大停电后根据输电网架恢复预案来进行重构操作的过程中,如果预案中某些线路投运失败,将严重影响系统恢复进程。文中考虑线路投运失败的相对可能性,结合大停电后输电网架恢复过程中线路投运失败后形成新的最优恢复方案的情况,建立了评估输电网架恢复方案线路投运风险的指标。以IEEE 30节点系统的3套网架恢复方案为例进行分析,利用所提出的评估指标,在加权电力网络中采用交叉粒子群算法和最短路算法对形成的若干套恢复方案线路投运风险进行分析和对比,并给出了各段线路投运失败的应急恢复方案,验证了指标的有效性,从而进一步完善了网架恢复方案的评估体系。Following a large scale blackout, the failure of switching transmission lines in the process of implementation of certain restoration scheme will seriously delay the restoration process. Based on the relative failure probability of switching transmission line and its result, a risk index for assessing the performance of restoring lines in the network configuration is defined. Analysis is carried out on the three network reconfiguration schemes of IEEE 30-bus system. The results verify that the proposed index can effectively evaluate the risk of restoring transmission lines among different schemes by the crossover particle swarm optimization and the shortest path algorithm. Then the urgent scheme for the failure of certain line restoration is given. It further improves the assessment framework of network reconfiguration schemes.
