摘 要:目的探讨党参对大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体抗氧化能力的影响。方法将30只大鼠随机均分为三组:大强度耐力训练组(A组)、大强度耐力训练+党参组(B组)和安静组(C组)。建立大强度耐力训练动物模型,分别测定心肌线粒体丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。结果与C组相比,A组大鼠心肌线粒体MDA、H2O2含量升高,抗氧化酶CAT、GSH-Px、SOD活性降低(P<0.01),而B组却能逆转上述各项观察指标(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论党参可明显提高大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体抗氧化能力。Objective To study the effect of radix codonopsis on the anti-oxidation ability of myocardial mitochondria in rats with high-intensity and endurance training.Methods Thirty rats were randomly and equally divided into three groups of A(high-intensity and endurance training),B(high-intensity and endurance training plus radix codonopsis) and C(quiet control group).The high-intensity and endurance training model was established.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT) of myocardial mitochondria were detected.Results Compared with group C,the contents of MDA and H2O2 of myocardial mitochondria were increased,whereas the activities of CAT,GSH-Px and SOD were decreased in group A(P0.01),which observed above were reversed in group B(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Radix codonopsis can significantly improve the anti-oxidation ability of myocardial mitochondria in the rats with high-intensity and endurance training.
