摘  要:研究了4-硝基-4'-氟苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与汞(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验表明,在Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.4的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,汞(Ⅱ)能与显色剂发生显色反应,形成1:2的黄色稳定配合物。在485、425 nm处分别有最大正、负吸收峰。以485 nm为测量波长、425 nm为参比波长进行双峰双波长法测定,汞(Ⅱ)浓度在0~22μg/25 mL范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.89×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,加入混合掩蔽剂柠檬酸-酒石酸钠水溶液,用此法可测定工业废液中的痕量汞(Ⅱ),分析结果的相对标准偏差<3.0%,加标回收率在95.0%~97.5%之间。The color reaction between Hg(Ⅱ) and 4-nitro-4′-fluoro benzenediazoaminoazobenzene has been studied.In the presence of Triton X-100 and the borax-sodium hydroxide buffer solution of pH 10.4,color reaction happens between Hg(Ⅱ) and the chromogenic reagent,forming a yellow steady complex at 1∶2.The positive absorption summit is 485 nm,and the negative 425 nm.Dual wavelength test has been conducted,485 nm as measuring wavelength and 425 nm reference wavelength,Beer′s law being obeyed with Hg(Ⅱ) at 0~22 μg/25 mL,and the molar absorptivity is 1.89×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Plus the mixed screening agents of citric acid-sodium tartrate aqueous solution,the approach can be employed to test the content of trace Hg(Ⅱ) in industrial waste water with RSD 3.0% and recovery of 95.0%~97.5%.
