摘 要:稠油火驱开发成功的关键是油层点火。为了提高点火成功率,从安全、实用角度出发,研制了井下电加热器及其点火工艺管柱、点火过程监测系统等。电加热器安装有多个测温传感器,可实现对点火过程中注入气体在油层的分布和温度变化离线模拟监测和在线监测,提高了油层点燃的成功率。采用智能可控硅温度控制柜,可以自动或手动调节点火器的功率和注气速度,调节速度快,易于控制。在新疆红浅火驱先导试验区hH008、hH010、hH012井上采用电点火工艺技术实施点火作业,通电点火均1次成功,点火温度420℃左右,3口井均在5~10 d点燃油层,油层燃烧良好。The key to the success of heavy oil fireflooding is reservoir ignition.To improve the success rate of ignition,electric ignition was adopted from the angle of safety and practicality.The downhole electric heater,its ignition technology string and the monitoring system for ignition process were developed.The heater was installed with several thermometric sensors.It could achieve the offline simulation monitoring and online monitoring of the distribution and temperature change of the injected gas in oil reservoirs in the process of ignition.It improved the success rate of reservoir ignition.The intelligent SCR-based temperature control cabinet could be adopted to regulate the power of the igniter manually or automatically,with high speed of regulation and easy control.In wells hH008,hH010 and hH012 of the pilot test area of Hongqian well area in Xinjiang Oilfield,the electric ignition technology was adopted to perform ignition operations.All of them were successful for the first time.The ignition temperature was around 420℃.The oil reservoir of these 3 wells was ignited in 5 to 10 days.The reservoir combustion was desirable.
