摘　　要：封隔器是水平井裸眼分段压裂完井管串中的关键部件,其性能好坏将决定压裂施工的成败。为此,研制了φ140型裸眼分段压裂套管外封隔器。这种封隔器由定位套、阀环体总成、胶筒总成、中心管、滑套和剪销等组成,在井径不大于240 mm时,可密封外环空压力70 MPa。室内试验和现场应用表明,这种封隔器具有结构简单、密封可靠、承压高、耐高温、适应井径范围大等特点,能够满足水平井裸眼分段压裂施工的要求。The packer is the key component of the completion string in horizontal open hole staged fracturing.Its performance will determine whether fracturing construction is successful.Therefore,φ140 external casing packer for open hole staged fracturing was developed.The packer consisted of locating bush,valve ring body assembly,packer rubber assembly,central tube,sliding sleeve and shear pin.When the well diameter was less than 240 mm,a 70 MPa of external annular pressure could be sealed.The laboratory experiment and the field application showed that the packer was characterized by simple structure,reliable sealing,high pressure-bearing capacity,high temperature resistance and strong adaptability of a large scope of well diameters.It can satisfy the construction requirement of horizontal open hole staged fracturing.
