高压开关柜绝缘事故的分析及防范措施

摘　　要：高压开关柜是使用极广、数量最多的开关设备。由于在设计、制造、安装和运行环境、设备维护、线路通道方面存在着不同程度的问题,因而事故率比较高。在诸多性质的开关柜事故中,绝缘事故所占比例较高,造成的后果也很严重。特别是手车式开关柜,绝缘事故率更高,而且往往一台出现事故,殃及邻柜的现象更为突出。笔者对一起高压开关柜绝缘事故进行了研究,对现场故障实际情况及造成故障的可能性因素进行了分析,提出了相应的维护整改措施。实际运行表明,通过采取适当的处理措施后,现在设备运行稳定,再没有发生过跳闸事故。The high voltage switchgear is widely used and the greatest number in high voltage apparatus.Because there exist some problems in its design,manufacture,installation,operation environment,equipment maintenance,and the line channel etc.aspects,the accident rate is quite high.In many nature switchgear accidents,the insulation accident are in large proportion,and the caused consequence is also very serious.Specially handcart type switchgear,the insulation accident rate is much higher,moreover,the presents accident often brings fault to the neighbor cabinet＇s phenomenon to be more prominent.The author studied a high voltage switchgear insulation accident,and analyzed the actual situation of on-site fault and the possobility factors of the failure,then proposed corresponding maintance measures.The actual opeartion shows that by taking appropriate measures,the switchgear operates stablely now,and doesn＇t happen the tripping accidents again.
