试论公文的多功能性质

摘　　要：本文提出了公文的多功能性质的概念,并从公文的功能、公文的性质入手对其含义进行了分析,对其表现形式:公文文种的多功能性质和公文内容的多功能性质进行了详细论述,指出深入探讨公文的多功能性质对公文写作实践和公文写作教学具有重要的现实意义。This article raises the concept of muhifunction of official document, analyzes its annotation in light of its function and nature. It also discusses in detail about its form of presentation, namely, its multifunetional nature both of types and contents. This article also points out and further discusses the realistic meaning of the multifunctional nature to writing practice and teaching of official document writing.
