摘　　要：全国矿业权实地核查是国土资源部"十一五"在矿产资源领域开展的一项基本国情调查,历时三年半,动员全国2.8万多人,耗费资金达22.5亿元,完成了全国近15万个有效矿业权的实地核查工作。本文简要介绍了全国矿业权实地核查启动的社会经济背景,系统论述了实地核查的总体思路、基本要求和取得的主要成果,归纳分析了实地核查成果的社会经济意义及应用潜力。National survey and verification of mineral rights plays a very important role in the practice of mineral resources management in China.After three and half years＇ hard work,the project successfully finished the scheduled task of nearly 150 thousand mineral rights.This paper introduced the social-economic background of the project,and described the general implementation framework and main achievements of the project.These achievements will undoubtedly exert a great influence on the management of mineral rights and have an unexpected application potential in land and resources administration.
