倾斜薄矿脉底板破碎矿体开采方法研究

摘　　要：西泊金矿矿体为倾斜薄矿脉,且在其下盘矿岩接触带有一蚀变带,厚约30cm,致使其在采用平底结构浅孔留矿法进行开采时,大量矿石不能放出,导致矿石损失贫化率增大。针对此种情况,提出采用留矿全面法进行开采,用电耙运搬矿石,矿房一端布置溜井,该工艺矿石回收率高,可达90%～95%,矿块生产能力大,平均60～70t/d,可在相似地质条件矿山推广应用。The orebody of Xipo gold is a inclined narrow vein,and there is a altered belt in footwall ore-rock aureole,its thickness are 30cm.When the short hole shrinkage method is used,a large ore cannot release,So the loss ratio and dilution ratio are very big.In view of this situation,longwall shrinkage mining method is considered,the ore are draw by a electric scrapers,and there is a winze in the end of the mine house.It has a high recovery of as much as 90%~95%,an average productivity of ore block about 60-70t/d.It can be used in all other mines that have the similar geological conditions.
