摘 要:某复杂低品位黑白矿属世界级难选矿石,含WO30.26%,WO3在白钨矿、黑钨矿和钨华中分布率为82.69%、13.85%、3.46%,小于0.074mm粒级占90%以上。虽然经多年的研究工作,钨的回收率仅为65%。为了提高钨回收率,经试验研究,采用新型选矿药剂TAB-3和合理的工艺流程(浮-磁-浮选矿工艺流程),获得白钨精矿品位WO374.57%、回收率69.47%,黑钨精矿品位WO328.88%、回收率8.08%,总钨回收率为77.55%。A complex and low grade wolframite-scheelite associated ore belongs to a world-class refractory one,which is assaying WO3 0.26% with distribution of WO3 in scheelite,wolframite and tungstite being 82.69%、13.85%、3.46% respectively.And more than 90% of grains size is less than 0.074 mm.However the recovey of WO3 was just 65% after years research.In order to improve recoverage of WO3,a new mineral processing reagent TAB-3 and a reasonable flowsheet(flotation-magnetic separation-flotation) are adopted after experiment research,the scheelite concentrate assaying WO3 74.57% with recovery 69.47% and wolframite concentrate assaying WO3 28.88% with recovery 8.08% are obtained with total recovery WO3 77.55%.
