摘 要:文章针对开滦地区的煤泥进行分析,认定该地区煤泥属于高灰难选细粒煤泥。为了解决该地区钱家营选煤厂煤泥浮选矿化效果不好的问题,通过调节搅拌速度、矿浆浓度和搅拌时间来研究浮选矿化效果,并利用正交试验寻找出最佳的矿浆矿化条件。实验结果表明:当搅拌速度在1950r/min、矿浆浓度在80g/l和搅拌时间在4min时,浮选效果较好,精煤产率提高了6%左右,灰分降低了2%左右,并且找出了三因素的主次关系。According to the analysis on the slime in Kailuan Area,the paper held that the slime in the area is a fine particle slime with high ash and difficult preparation.In order to solve the poor effect problem of the slime floatation mineralization in a mine of the area,the floatation mineralization effect was studied with the agitation speed adjustment,the pulp density and agitation time.The optimized pulp mineralization condition was found with the orthogonal test.The test results showed that when the agitation speed was 1950r/min,the pulp density was 80g/L and the agitation time was 4min,the floatation results would be good,the clean coal production rate could be improved about 6% and the ash content could be reduced about 2%.The primary and secondary relationship between the three major factors was obtained.
