摘 要:通过对开滦集团钱家营选煤厂浮选入料的物相分析、粒度分析和浮沉分析考察了该高灰难选煤样的可浮性;在浮选试验中添加六偏磷酸钠、水玻璃、羟甲基纤维素(CMC)、苛性钠等不同用量的调整剂,根据试验结果分析了不同调整剂对高灰细泥难选煤的作用效果及机理。研究表明,调整剂能有效改善浮选效果,当CMC用量为40g/t时对该煤泥浮选效果最好。With the phase analysis,the particle analysis and float-sink analysis was applied to investigate the floatability of the high ash and difficult prepared coal samples.In the floatation experiments,different dosage regulators of sodium hexametaphosphate,sodium silicate,the carboxymethylcellulose sodium and sodium hydroxide were added.According to the experiment results,the action effect and mechanism of the different regulators affected to the high ash,fine and difficult prepared coal were analyzed.The study showed that the regulator could effectively improve the floatation effect and the floatation effect of the slime would be best when the carboxymethylcellulose sodium dosage was 40g/t.
