摘  要:目的:定性分析中药复方附子理中丸中的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS和RRLC-Q-TOFMS的方法分别建立附子理中丸的指纹图谱,并对色谱峰进行定性分析。并采用系统聚类分析法对指纹图谱进行分类研究。结果:定性了附子理中丸中的45个成分,依据指纹图谱分析,发现不同厂家的附子理中丸存在一定差异。结论:该方法可以为研究附子理中丸的化学成分和质量标准提供依据。AIM:To identify the chemical compositions of Fuzi Lizhong Pills,a traditional Chinese medicine that has been used for thousands of years in China.METHODS:Fingerprints of different batches of Fuzi Lizhong Pills were developed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and rapid resolution liquid chromatography coupled with photo-diode array detector and time-of-flight mass spectrometry(RRLC-Q-TOFMS).Based on the fingerprints,the variation of the herbal prescription Fuzi Lizhong Pills was evaluated by hierarchical cluster analysis.RESULTS:We have identified a total of 45 compounds in Fuzi Lizhong Pills with differences among samples from different companies.CONCLUSION:This work provides a method to identify the chemical compositions of Fuzi Lizhong Pills.
