摘　　要：现代图书馆面对许多现实危机和潜在危机。如何加强危机管理教育、构建科学高效的危机预警管理体系,将日益成为图书馆不可回避的研究课题。构建危机预警管理体系是图书馆进行危机管理的关键,文章在此基础上对图书馆危机预警管理体系进行了总体规划和详细设计,并设计了图书馆危机预警评价模型,在评估过程中,引入层次分析法,以实现评估结果的合理性和客观性。Modern library must face many practical and potential crises.How to strengthen the education of crisis management,construct scientific and efficient library crisis pre-warning management system,which increasingly has been an important and unavoidable research subject.This paper points out that constructing a crisis pre-warning management system is the key to library crisis management.On this basis,the author puts forward the overall plans and detailed designs the library crisis pre-warning management system,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to get a reasonable and objective result in the process of assessment.
