摘　　要：本文从吉林省图书馆联盟的宗旨出发,结合数字服务平台的特点和未来发展趋势,提出了吉林省图书馆联盟网络信息平台建设的原则、功能和平台建设的可行性方案。Based on the purpose of the Consortium of Libraries in Jilin（CLJ） and the characteristics of the CLJ digital service platform and its future trends,this article puts forward the principle,the function and the feasibility program about the construction of the CLJ network information platform.
