全国田锦赛男子铅球选手最后用力阶段三维运动学研究

摘　　要：为了探究我国男子铅球运动员运动技术的现状及其落后原因,采用美国Ariel运动录像快速反馈分析系统对2008年全国田锦赛前8名中采用背向滑步推铅球技术的7名运动员进行运动学分析,取其最好一投成绩来进行图像解析。结果表明:7名运动员存在左脚着地时膝关节角度控制较为适宜,但器械出手瞬间膝关节角上升不到位,前后差值不太理想;在器械出手瞬间运动员有不同程度屈髋后座现象;部分运动员右踝角、右髋角、右膝角伸展程度不够理想;最后用力所占总时间的比例较大;在最后用力过程中,存在右髋、右肩过早加速特征,整体动作速度欠积极,对球的持续加速能力较差,环节用力的顺序不尽合理,加速施力效果不甚理想。The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of China＇s man shot putter＇s technique, This paper makes a kinematics studies towards China＇ man shot putter by using the United States Ariel Sports video analysis system feedback Express Ways and finally selected seven of the top eight athletes who used in back-slip shot put techniques for the study. The authors get one vote in their best score to match image analysis. The result shows that seven athletes＇ knee angles are a little larger when their left feet touch down,and even some athletes have an instant hit hip flexor situation. Some athletes right ankle angle, right hip angle, knee extension degree angle is not ideal, and finally forced a larger percentage share of the total time. The athletes speed up right shoulder in advance when using strength, the overall movement speed due to a positive, sustained acceleration of the ball less, as well as the unreasonable use of force orders.
