摘 要:垒球比赛中的攻守战术是以投手为核心制定的。国外学者普遍认为,"一场比赛中,60%取决于投手"。鉴于国内从事垒球运动的运动员较少,投手的样本量较小,使用常规方法难于分析,故应用灰色系统理论中的灰色关联分析法,对垒球投手身体各关节屈伸肌力水平与出手速度进行相关性分析,以为实施针对性训练提供参考。研究中运用等速肌力测试系统对垒球投手的肩、髋、膝和踝等关节进行测试,测试速度分别取为60°/s和240°/s,依次代表最大肌力和快速肌力水平,选取最大峰值力矩作为研究指标,通过运动学方法测定投手的投球瞬间速度。研究发现,测试关节的屈肌群中,非投掷侧髋和膝关节的快速力量与球速相关系数都在0.8以上;伸肌群中,投掷侧肩关节最大力量与出手速度相关度最高,R=0.813。In softball games,the choice of defending and attacking tactics is based on pitchers. Most of a broad academician believed that,"In a softball game, 60 percents are determined by pitchers. " Consider that there are few baseball athletes in our country, and the sample sizes of pitchers are more less, then we apply a Gray Correlation Analysis Method to analysis the relativity between flexor and extensor muscles strength of pitcher's joints and the leave-hand velocity of softball. Using an isokinetic muscle strength test system, the shoulders, hips, knees and ankles of pitchers were tesed, testing velocity taked as 60°/s and 240°/s to represent the max muscles strength and the pykno-muscles strength respectively. Taking the max peak moment as research index, using kinematics methods to determine the instantaneous leave hand velocity. The research discovered that, in the flexor group of tests joints, the correlation coefficient between the fast strength of non-throw side hip and knee and the ball velocity are all above 0. 8;In the ex tensor group, the correlation coefficient between the biggest strength of throws side shoulder and the ball velocity is the highest,R=0. 813.
