摘　　要：智能电器和智能化开关柜是在计算机技术、传感器技术、数据处理技术等新技术之上发展起来的新型电器产品.作者就智能化电器的内涵和特点阐述了个人观点,并介绍了国内外当前在此领域内的研究成果与发展方向.文中从网络化的角度出发提出今后以智能化电器构成的现代电力网将由电能传输和控制监测数据传输的两条通道构成,智能化电器将对电网安全、可靠、经济运行产生极大的影响.Intelligent apparatus and switchgear, as a new kind of electrical equipment, has been developed on the basis of computer technique, sensor technique, data processing technique, etc. The paper elaborates upon the connotation and special features of intelligent apparatus, and introduces some research accomplishments and developing direction in this field. From the view point of network, it puts forward that modern electrical network constituted by intelligent apparatus will include two channels, power transmission channel and data transmission channel. Intelligent apparatus will be significant with respect to safety, reliability, and economy of electrical network.
