摘 要:以35CrMo 调质齿轮弯曲疲劳断齿综合失效分析为主线,叙述了一种包括宏观分析、微观扫描电镜分析、能谱分析、金相分析等方法的较全面的断齿失效分析过程。并借助于故障树分析法,探寻了35CrMo 调质齿轮弯曲疲劳极限偏低的原因,进一步提出了改进与提高的措施。文中提出的方法和过程对其他的疲劳失效现象的分析也有较好的参考价值。Through the comprehensive failure analysis of broken teeth obstained from quenching and tempering gear's bending fatigue test, a relatively overall failure analysis process including maco analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis,energy spectrum analysis and metallographic analysis has been related in this paper, and then by the way of fault tree analysis,the paper has also found why the bending limit of fatigue of 35CrMo quenching and tempering gear is lower than that of ISO block diagram of fatigue value,further, measurements how to improve and enhance its fatigue strength have been presented. The method and the procedure related in this paper also have reference value to analyses of other phenomena of fatigue failure.
