摘　　要：目的探讨单体毛囊单位移植修复阴毛缺失的临床效果和意义。方法取枕后部头皮条，在高倍立体显微镜下将头皮条分离成单体毛囊单位，按设计，并以需要移植的形状、方向和密度植入缺损区域。自2005年1月至2010年12月，对12例患者行阴毛移植术。结果术后随访了其中的9例患者6～38个月，阴毛基本覆盖阴阜部位皮肤者7例，且外形自然，效果满意；阴毛未能完全覆盖皮肤者1例，经Ⅱ期修补后效果满意；因术后未制动也未局部压迫者1例，其效果较差。结论单体毛囊单位移植治疗阴毛稀缺具有创伤小、手术安全可靠、毛发覆盖率高、形态自然等优点，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of single hair follicular units grafting on the recon-struction of pubic deletion and its significance. Methods The taken scalp strip from the occipital region was separated into single hair follicle unit under high power stereomicroscope, and then the hair follicle units trans-planted into the defective area according to design needs of the transplanting shape, direction, density. From January 2005 to December 2010, 12 patients were operated by the method mentioned above. Results Of 12 cases, 9 were followed up for 6 to 38 months, all were satisfied with covered mons pubis by pubic hairs except for 2 cases; One case without complete cover by transplanted hairs was healed by secondary repair, the other was less effective because of neither braking nor local compression after transplantation. Conclusion The sin- gle hair follicular unit grafting is a simple, fine, safe and effective method for the reconstruction of pubic hairs with mini-invasion, high coverage rate and nature appearance. It is worth spreading in clinic.
