输尿管内双J管置入术结合中药排石颗粒治疗尿路结石的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腔镜下输尿管内双J管置入术结合中药排石颗粒治疗尿路结石的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将2008年1月～2009年12月间我院收治的尿路结石患者216例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组108例。研究组采用腔镜下输尿管内双J管置入术结合中药排石颗粒治疗;对照组采用体位碎石术后结合药排石颗粒治疗,观察两种方法的治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果:①研究组治愈87例(80.6%),显效8例(7.4%),有效4例(3.7%),无效9例(8.3%),总有效率为91.7%;对照组治愈64例(59.3%),显效14例(13.0%),有效14例(13.0%),无效16例(14.8%),总有效率为85.2%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②研究组术后疼痛8例,膀胱刺激征2例,无其他不良反应;对照组108例患者治疗后均存在不同程度血尿,3例患者出现疼痛,6例出现恶心、呕吐。结论:腔镜下输尿管内双J管置入术结合中药排石颗粒治疗尿路结石的临床疗效较好,治疗后患者不良反应较低,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore urinary stone treatment of ureteral within double J tube placement and row stone particles in application value.Methods：216 patients with urinary stones randomly divided into research group and control group,every group had 108 cases,the research group was given double J tube were inserted under the cavity mirrors combined with ureteral herbs in the row stone particles;the control group was given postures gravel postoperative combined with medicine row stone particles.We observed the curative effect and complications in two groups.Results：①The research group cure 87 cases（80.6%）,powerfully 8 cases（7.4%）,effective 4 cases（3.7%）,invalid 9 cases（8.3%）,the total effective rate was 91.7%;The control group cure 64 patients（59.3%）,powerfully 14 cases（13.0%）,effective 14 cases（13.0%）,invalid 16 cases（14.8%）,the total effective rate was 85.2%,the difference between two groups was significant（P0.05）.②The research group postoperative pain was 8 cases,bladder stimulation was 2 cases,no other adverse reactions.The control group 108 patients all existed different degree hematuria,3 patients with the occurrence of pain,6 cases with nausea and vomiting.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of urinary stone treatment of ureteral within double J tube placement herbs Paishikeli is good and the patients have low adverse reactions after the treatment,worth clinical promotion.
