摘　　要：山东省名老中医、第3批全国老中医药专家朱振铎教授认为,老年咳喘病因痰瘀为首,病机要点是阳气虚弱,肺卫不固;宿痰伏肺,肺失宣降;外邪犯肺,肺窍失宣。临证要辨虚实、标本、表里、上下、正邪,治疗则以益气养阴等六法。The old TCM,Shandong Province,3 batch of national experts,Professor ZHU Zhen-duo old Chinese medicine that causes a cough and phlegm and blood stasis,led by older,pathogenesis weak point is yang,Lung Wei is not solid;places volts lung sputum,lung failure Vision down;evils Fanfei,lung awakened declared lost.Temporary permit to distinguish the actual situation,specimens,table,up and down,good and evil,nourishing treatment to other Six.
