摘 要:目的:研究三维超声对乳腺肿物的诊断价值。方法:总结本院2007年1月~2010年12月超声诊断女性乳腺肿物患者142例,利用三维超声技术获得诊断信息。分析比较良、恶性肿物三维超声成像肿物形态特征及三维血管能量多普勒成像特征。结果:142例病理诊断为81例良性和61例恶性。61例恶性肿瘤中三维超声确诊56例,诊断率为91.8%,三维超声成像乳腺恶性肿物形态呈汇聚模式,良性呈挤压模式;三维血流恶性肿物呈汇聚型及混乱型,良性肿物呈线型及球型,良恶性肿物的三维模式及血流结构特点间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:三维超声是术前诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的重要辅助工具。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 3D-US with breast masses.Methods:142 female breast tumor cases recruited from Jan.2007 to Dec.2010 were diagnosed by 3D-US.Analyzed and compared the morphology characteristics of benign and malignant tumors and the imaging features of 3D-Vascular Power Doppler.Results:Pathological diagnosis of 142 cases,81 cases were benign and 61 were malignant.56 cases were diagnosed by 3D-US of the 61 malignant tumors,with diagnostic rate of 91.8%.Malignant form of breast tumor under 3D-US imaging were aggregation mode and the benign were compression mode.The 3D-US blood flow of malignant tumors were aggregation and cluster type,and that of benign were linear and spherical type.There was significant difference in 3D mode and structural characteristics of blood flow between benign tumors and malignant tumors(P0.01).Conclusion:3D-US is an important diagnosis method of breast cancer before operation.
